AI Insights is an Artificial Intelligence based Chatbot solution that solves the problem of "lost institutional knowledge" common at many organizations. When a vendor  or system integrator (henceforth referred to as contractor) undertakes a contract for an organization, the contractor  and it’s staff create lot of useful and valuable documents. However when a contractor  transitions out or a staff leaves, the documents become orphaned and are lost in the mountain of organizational documents. 

This loss of institutional knowledge leads to the following problems:

• Difficult transition-in for a new contractor
• Re-inventing the wheel for recurring problems
• No record of reasons and circumstances around various decisions made.

This loss of institutional knowledge leads to  wastage of man-hours and thereby financial loss 

AI Insights combines institutional knowledge with LLM to answer questions related to "lost institutional knowledge".

• Based on AWS Bedrock.
• Uses AWS services which are FedRAMP compliant and available in both AWS commercial and AWS GovCloud regions.
• Can be deployed in both AWS Commercial and AWS GovCloud in customer's own AWS account.
